Shake bottle to combine oils. I’ve included a clear quartz in each bottle to mix the oils and amplify the healing intention.
To Use as a Cleanser:
Take dropper and apply a small amount (about a quarter size) to your palm. Rub your hands together and gently pat your face with your hands to apply the oil. Once the oil has been applied, you can then use a damp, warm washcloth to gently wipe away the oil. Pat dry with a towel and apply moisturizer or Fab Face Oil.
To use as a Moisturizer:
After cleansing your face, take dropper and apply a small amount (about a quarter size) to your palm. Rub palms together and gently bring your hands to your face to apply oil by placing hands on the face for a few seconds. Make sure to do this on your neck and chest as well. This will prep the skin. Once prepped, begin to massage your face with upward strokes to stimulate lymphatic drainage. You may use a gua sha stone as well.
