While essential minerals can be obtained through a balanced diet, some individuals may have difficulty meeting their daily mineral needs due to dietary restrictions, health conditions, or other factors. Taking essential mineral supplements can help bridge the gap and ensure adequate mineral intake for optimal health.
You can take magnesium any time of the day. In general, we recommend spreading your supplement dosages throughout the day. Absorption is best on an empty stomach and most people tolerate this. However, if you find this method upsets your stomach, certainly take it with some food.
Children can receive benefits from essential minerals as well as adults. We suggest you refer to the governmentally established RDA’s which are widely available online.
Each capsule contains 42 mg of our premium magnesium (168mg per 4 capsule serving). We recommend taking this magnesium in account toward your daily total as you dial into your nutritional needs.

Irreplaceable Nutritional Staple

Our whole family used the Regenesis Protocol (Essential Minerals, Magnesium, and Regenesis) and we each saw unique significant health improvements. I've worked in the chiropractic industry and know supplements so I've tried playing around with other top brands, comparing. We've been unable to reproduce the health results we see through Genesis Products: migraines, cramping, energy, ability to handle stress, sleep, hormones, food intolerances/reactions, recovery time, white spots on fingernails, etc.

When running out of Essential Minerals specifically for a couple of weeks, we could feel the difference on several of these things since these minerals are critical to the function of other vitamins. My husband also felt back to himself as other supplements left him feeling "jacked up".
